I visited with a school leader who is in her fourth year. One of her issues is time management. Like you, she has to do more jobs than what the job description entails. She has to sub, be the day custodian, clean up the cafeteria (every day), and do other tasks. You probably have the same issues. Her concern is getting into classrooms. The urgent (the bathroom is out of paper towels) overwhelms the important (observing instruction and helping teachers evolve.)
There is no easy answer or a “hack,” no matter what you are being told (or sold). There are, however, tools. The best place to start is to sort out what is urgent but unimportant. I have found that the following matrix works well:
